Looking for wordpress plugin development from scratch - Please bid only if you have experience

I am looking for an experienced WordPress plugin developer who can develop the plugin from scratch. I want to build a wordpress plugin similar to https://wordpress.org/plugins/cooked/
I want to replicate all the features in that plugin and would like to follow good coding standards.
Please don't bid if you haven't created a WordPress plugin before. Also, please go through the plugin before placing the bid. I am not planning to accept any developers for the next two days. So you don't have to hurry. Be realistic and thorough. If you can develop a sample plugin along with the bid then it will increase your chance of winning this project.
This is a long-term project and I have more projects in the future if this goes well.
