I am looking for someone who can find me BAs (Business Analysts).
I need to hire BA (Business Analysts) and hence needing help in hiring so finding for some recruiter or HR who can help me in hiring process.
These BA should have been working in online platforms in finding clients for web design, Wordpress, react, laravel, node, PHP, codeigniter, AI & ML based projects.
The BA must be able to understand client needs, respond to client inquiries in a pleasant and informative manner without doing bluff in responses. The BA must be able to answer basic questions in functional way related to queries of clients in website design and development subject area.
If client is saying that they have a custom built website on PHP, and they now need a custom module to be created while making an admin section where they can have similar view like YoastSEO plugin in Wordpress does and they can use this custom moduleon their PHP based site to make their pages SEO optimized.
Here, the BA must be able to understand and reply very nicely including examples from yoastSEO features.
BA must be actually able to create Scope of work as a help to client
And this is optional, good to have skill, not mandatory that if needed this BA must be able to setup a WordPress site on their own using any theme such that BA knows how website works etc.
