Looking for someone to make me a Google Extension for shopping

Hello! I'm looking for someone to make me a google extension (at first, and more then likely expand to extensions for other browsers if your work is good) that's related to shopping and finding item's from pictures and finding the cheapest rates of where its being sold.
Two others ideas I'd like to be implemented if you're able to do it;
1) Subscription system if you're experienced in that.
2) Have the ability to buy from multiple sites and store payment details locally.
