Looking for someone to develop a website for a whole sale business

Hello, I am looking for someone to developed a website for my whole sales business.
The website must have two main functions, the first a public version where prospective consumers can see past collections.
The second a password protected section where current customers can view the new collection and place a quota request.
The new collection section should is to be updated constantly hence we need an interface to mange the website.
Looking to use WordPress or square space if possible.
