I need a software developer that can parse a pdf announcement of results, pull out some data, perform some simple calculations, store in a database and plot a graph and table on a webpage.
Need the following
1 - Have a webpage where I can input a URL for a pdf.
2 - Parse the pdf of results to pull out specific tables from the appendix of announcements
There is software that takes tables out of pdfs e.g.

3 - Put specific tables into a database indexed by specific values
4 - Intercept table to have the specific fields
5 - Plot the results on a graph using gnuplot or similar
6 - Below the graph please plot the information in the database for specific values
