Looking for programer to create monday.com like app for work management dedicated for QC laboratories

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled programmer to develop a work management application specifically designed for Quality Control (QC) laboratories. The app should have the following features:
High level requrements are as follow but I'm looking for someone who will also controbute his own ideas.
- Task management: The app should allow users to create, assign, and track tasks related to QC processes.
I also require the app to integrate with email platforms, with possibility of connecting to ERP/LIMS enabling seamless communication and collaboration.
Work management for QC laboratories
1. login / psd
2. Team: team name, names, role, position, email,
a. Calendar team availability
b. Working hours; shift
c. Team structure (hierarchy)
d. OT form approval
e. Team competency matrix per Product (test type)
3. Roles: define view, access
4. Equipment: equipment type; equipment list per type; equipment last calibration date; equipment next calibration date
5. Specification: specification name; specification code; list of test (e.g. 5-12 possible test lines); specification limits per each test; Equipment type
6. Product: product name; specification code associated
7. Capacity: product; specification code; test name; test type; time testing per batch (mins/h);
8. List of registered products: Product, batch number; strength; specification code; registration date; planed release date; real release date; OOX (yes/no); re-test (yes/no); current status in % for each batch - when click: show status for each individual test with details what is missing
9. KPI's - RFT; testing LT
10. Reporting for analysts (weekly/ daily printouts of calendar; reporting for the team (weekly / daily) with all statuses of batches in test

a. Calendar like style (day, week, month view)
b. Right panel for list of registered products (Filter: product; planned release date; registration date)
c. Swim line calendar panel: analyst, team with filters; mark unavailable personnel in color
d. Drop-down batch assign to the analyst and day (multiple selection field)
e. Approve (time and date stamp)
f. Immediate status for each test;
g. Equipment utilization section; block/mark equipment past due next calibration date
i. Show equipment utilization / availability and support assigning
h. Analyst - Analyst support marked and may be as ad-hoc activity
i. Group test functionality (campaign testing of the same test and multiple batches of the same
product)
j. analyst change status of the test for batch or grouped batches
12. Analyst - own calendar view on login; proposal of plan change; comments; intermediate status (green; yellow; red)
13. Chat
14. AI tools for effective planning -> propose plan based on the deadlines and current capacity; communicate what can't be done / leverage workload; propose plans for % of capacity (personnel, equipment) e.g. plan for 120% capacity lead to OT of X hours and Y people. Preseting few options for approval and execution

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience in developing similar work management or project management applications.
- Familiarity with integrating applications with email platforms.
- Knowledge of web and mobile development frameworks and technologies.
- Understanding of Quality Control processes and workflows in laboratory settings.
- Exirence with AI tools to optimise planning
