Looking for a php developer with Yii framework

I will hire one individual freelancer who can work full time on my website and finish the tasks within the deadline. If the deadline is not kept, I will put all the payments on dispute and request for the refund either for hourly or fixed price. It means that completing the tasks on time is more important than spending money. However, I will accept the only reasonable price. You have to thoroughly test the update and change to make sure there is no error or bug when you show me the result. If the promised result is not complete, I'm requesting the refund however you put time and effort. I don't care. I don't accept any other reason that you could not finish it. Prove your professionalism with the result. We will go through the task by task in depth when we work and you can suggest me the time needed.
