Looking for a mid/senior LARAVEL developer for long term

Greetings,
We are in need of a mid/senior level Laravel developer with proven skills in Blade, Eloquent, Events, Notifications, WebSockets and Linux/Ubuntu20 management. Laravel multitenancy experience is a plus. Git working knowledge is needed.
The application we are developing is a social networking site with campaigns, deeds, rewards, wallet etc and is at final stage, we need an extra hand to speed up the delivery and take charge of the application in future. The initial job will involve understanding the project code and architecture, develop new features as per spec and design pages, add new database tables as needed.
The primary developer will be working alongside on some critical features and available always as needed. We are looking for independent developers with 30+ hours free time every week for 2 months. Initially it will be a monthly retainer with option to turn into a full time / hourly work. As the nature of job require constant communication between multiple team/developers we are not looking for any agency.

3. What is the basic difference between a hasOne and HasMany relationship in Eloquent.
Include table structures for the relationships.

6. How to configure a scheduler to run in a specific timezone.
