Looking for a full-stack web developer

I have a project on my mind and already worked on the design part for the entire project. Basically, it will be a content management system for a data science lab web platform. As a developer I need you to make dynamic all the section by completing the frontend templating and by enhancing backend with that frontend. You can suggest anything good but I have special requirement which is for backend Laravel and for frontend I can suggest vue/react, also I will be glad if you can use tailwind css.
