I'm looking for an expert PHP developer to add some functionality to the existing backend I have for my marketplace project
The developer needs to work and deal with my IOS and android devs and provide them with all their needs to apply the new requirement on the apps as well
I have attached a PDF file that has the new 18 points we need to add to the backend and provide the APIs for other devs and apply what the database needs for them as well, so the work must be comprehensive for all the Backend side needs.

The hosting provider is Godaddy
The main requirements are:
1- Upload and connect the "backend and the database" on the new host will be provided
2- Upgrade the PHP code from 5.4.0. to 8 or newer
3- Upgraded the Yii Framework 2.0.5 to 3 or newer
4- Check and fix any issues " there are existing already or they will appear during the work"
5- Implementation of the all new requirements
6- Provide the Android IOS with APIs that they will need
7- check what does need for Google Maps APIs to apply this service to the backend
The requirements that need to be able to do to make an agreement on this job:
1- Dealing with other devs
2- Work and have meetings on weekends
3- all the ability to implement every single requirement we need
The things that will cause to cancel of the agreement:
1- any unjustified delay
2- any inability to implement the new requests or fix any issues
3- any unprofessional behavior during the work " the work way or dealing with the other members "
Notes:
The freelancer must be the developer himself we don’t need companies, any agency, or a third party in between us and the developer so the dealing will be with the developer directly
