Looking for a WP developer who can build a custom Woocommerce product upload admin panel page

We need a simplified version of Woocommerce admin product upload page. It'll have a bunch of product attributes with dropdowns and text fields that will be displayed on product page. Simplified description, photo upload screens. There will be 2 categories in total, which will have a slightly different attributes, but will look the same. Please see attached mockup. Let me know if its doable and how much it could cost. Thanks
