Looking for a developer able of building a NFT scraper

Looking for an expert in building scrapers that can build a scraper for NFTs. We have a few projects that require someone who is able to work very fast, and work well with other developers who are working on the projects as well. We use GitHub and Slack for collaboration. It will be very helpful if you know how to conceptualize the projects in your mind instead of just take simple instructions.
