Looking for an WORDPRESS EXPERT to teach me wordpress/plugins/elementor and help me create an ecommerce store

I'm currently developing an e-commerce store for my business. I know all the basics of WordPress/Elementor by watching youtube tutorials and googling it but they don't teach everything and when I find solutions it is either paid or complicated or code-based. I need someone to teach me and help me along in designing my website in WordPress according to my specifications but also keep it cheap.

NOTE: I won't be asking you to create the website. It's more of giving me tips, clearing my doubts and giving me the right suggestions for plugins till I launch the website.
