Looking for Professional FreePBX Expert

Dear Everyone

I installed FreePBX.
and I have my website.
I gonna integrate freepbx with my laravel website.
To do this, I need professional freepbx expert.
the expert should be get freepbx, asterisk, php, mysql skills.
so this will be long term project.

first task: when user register my website, will autocreate sip account in freepbx.
I think the api should be exist.
but not sure.
if someone do this first task successfully, I will hire continually.
and we will keep long term relationship
