Looking for PHP mvc framework developer

Looking to start a site that manages bookmarks, features would be:
1. register user
2. login to site - password reset feature
3. create categories - set icon / image, set password, set priority in list view, notes, favorite, share category, edit, delete
4. create bookmark - in / out of category, add notes, edit , delete, share bookmark, set icon / image.
5. customize page - light / dark mode , category list type
6. widgets - weather, crypto, stocks, traffic (i will provide api accesss) add pre-set widgets to page and make it movable (dragable)
