Looking for PHP developers to one API to newer version

Hello,
I am looking for PHP developers that have some experience (not necessary to be so experienced) with REST API stuff.
Main requirement is that developer should be willing to solve a problem, and be friendly. That way as a team we will solve the problem.
So in our project we use API called MetaApi (metaapi.cloud), and their two of their APIs
MT Account Management API - https://metaapi.cloud/docs/provisioning/
CopyFactory API - https://metaapi.cloud/docs/copyfactory/ (this API is completely updated)
There is 1 function from MT Account management API that should be updated to fit the new update of CopyFactory, and one to be completely created from zero. And these functions are:
createAccount - https://metaapi.cloud/docs/provisioning/api/account/createAccount/ (update it to fit new CopyFactory)
updateAccount - https://metaapi.cloud/docs/provisioning/api/account/updateAccount/ (create function for it)
While CopyFactory whole updated, we will need it to update all the functions for it that we use in our project. Functions that are based on creating strategies, portfolio of strategies, and subscribers, as well as making subscriptions to certain portfolios. I have multiple ideas how this can be done, so I would love to talk more in-depth about possible solution with you.
We have most of these functions already working on first version of CopyFactory, and it won't require much work to upgrade it to CopyFactory 2.0 as Request URL changed, and some values.
Our project is made in Laravel, so that's why we are looking for PHP developers.
