Looking for a PHP Developer

I am looking for a PHP developer to work remotely along with me using TeamViewer or Google Chrome Remote Desktop. He/She should be available to work different projects for long term basis. He/She should ideally pull user stories from the sprint backlog and write code. The unit test should be done instantly on the code by both of us together.
He/She should know PHP, Laravel and Bootstrap. There should be an average two hour works daily while the sprint starts. Working Hours : 10:30 AM IST - 5PM IST(In between any two hours)
