Looking for a Laravel & Vue.js developer to implement an ad block detector on my website

I am in need of a Laravel & Vue.js developer that is able to implement an ad block detector onto my website so I can toggle this alert on and off for users. If a user were to come onto my website with ad block on, they would not be given access to the website, and be told to disable their ad block.
