Looking for Laravel + Vue.js Expert

I am looking for a Laravel + Vue.js expert to help me build a new web application.
I prefer to use Laravel 10.0. While I have a rough idea for the design, I need design assistance to bring it to life.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both Laravel and Vue.js, and be able to develop a user-friendly web application with responsive design.
Additionally, they should have strong problem-solving skills to fix any issues that may arise during the development process.
Responsibility:
- Write clean, high-quality, performant, and maintainable code
- Software development and support, including applications, database integration, interfaces and new enhancements
- Coordinate across departments to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards
- Support testing and deployment of new products and features
- Participate in code review
