Looking for HTML / JQuery developer

I'm looking for a JS/JQuery/HTML/CSS developer to work on an hourly basis on basic projects.
The work consists of editing a template, fetching data, populating the website with data, doing basic layout and CSS changes to the theme.
The work will be ongoing.
PHP knowledge is not required, but it's recommended.
The hourly rate will be the one posted here. I'm willing to give extra money if the project consumes less budget that I expect it too, or if I'm impressed with the work.
