Looking for an Expert in Wordpress SpeedOptimization

The aim is to optimize the PageSpeed for a new e-commerce shop Petbeach.de.
The current PageSpeed Insight Score is around 17 for the mobile version, so very bad.
Due to a lack of experience in Wordpress speed optimization, we would like to hand over the project to an expert in this field.

The aim is to achieve at least a score of 70 in the mobile version and a score of 85 in the desktop version.
