Looking for a CSS expert

Hello, I am looking for a CSS expert, having a very good knowledge in jQuery, HTML, Javascript. I have a stock photo website developed in the PHP Codeigniter framework, purchased from itechscript. I need to change the design completely. Since the script is developed in a framework it will be easy to change the design without any knowledge in PHP. However if someone is having a good knowledge in PHP as well as website designing, it will be a plus point. If you are not an expert pls don't waste my time.
