Looking for a BuddyBoss expert to configure site

I have a BuddyBoss site and I need to configure it similiar to this site:

1. Only logged in users can post to forums - the post to forum link and subscribe will show once loged in
2. After the user joins, they will get a welcome email with options on what to do next
3. login screen will be easy like in this example
Once users login they will see a similiar welcome page like in this demo:
