Looking for API developer to connect propertyradar and Spotio

I am looking for an API developer to connect PropertyRadar and Spotio. Specifically, I'm looking to integrate the two services in order to sync data and generate leads from PropertyRadar data. There is no preference regarding the programming language, so the developer is free to choose whichever language works best. The timeline for completion is 2 weeks.
