Looking to add livestreaming option to Buddyboss

Im looking for someone who can add live streaming to my buddyboss driven site on https://littpanda.fm .. meaning it should work similar to the examples below... create it into its own plugin so that when i update buddyboss it doesnt disappear... it needs to be easy for other programmers to come behind u and edit
