Looking For an expert in PHP

Looking for a support for an expert , we purchased an old shelf accounts system coded in php version 5 and would like to integrate it,I have more details to be share , We would like to integrate our accounts package into our new system. The accounts system needs multi user access.we manually designed and built the accounts requirements ourselves, but its not as good as a professional.each user have its own login, to access the accounts system,Thank you
