Long-term mid-level developer needed

This position will be our technical to-go resource for all issues around managing our video library. We need someone ready to jump into our data and processes and guide us forward with better data management and transparency in the workflows you will
create.
Our new initiative is a consolidated database of our videos in a Doctrine ORM and Laravel 8 set of APIs. This has been developed and is just coming online. The ability to manage this database using the application tools we have created
will be part of this position.
Necessary Skills
* Data management
* SQL
* PHP with ~2014 framework experience
* AWS - S3 and virtual machines
* Video Rendering - the ability to convert video resolutions and file types
* Experience working as part of a small team (under 5)
* Must have experience working with complex modern video delivery systems/architecture
