Long term WordPress/Elementor developer with WHMCS integration

I'm looking for a long term WordPress developer that can create multiple sites for me. WP sites must be created using Elementor. I will also require that you install, setup WHMCS. Create 4-5 products and link them to the newly created WP site. Basically, I will require:

- Create fully responsive WordPress using Elementor, install appropriate plugins with my own set of colors and brand logo.
- Install and configure WHMCS - Create WHMCS products and integrate it with WP site.

This will be a long term project so please provide a quote per site.
