Long term Magento 2 Developer / Admin

I am looking for a Magento 2 developer and administrator to help build a store and integration to suppliers. The role is ongoing and I would like to hear ideas around cost and time. This could be a full time role or it could be a role billed based on the outcomes which we can go in to more detail about. Please only bid if you are experienced and in a suitable timezone to me with good English and communications.

- Customize an existing theme to place attributes and / or custom content in particular areas
- Build integration with distributor to import products and content via CSV on schedule
- Build integration to update stock and pricing on CSV schedule
- Build integration via XML / API to read pricing and stock of a product in realtime
- Build integration via XML / API to place orders and check order statuses
- Display orders and order statuses in the admin dashboard and customer area
- Manage multiple stock locations from 2x CSV imports of stock and pricing, selecting the best pricing and stock locations
- Convert SQL based product data from GfK in to product data and attributes visibile in Magento
- Other addtional work as required to complete the website
