Long-Term PHP CodeIgniter Expert Needed

We are seeking a PHP CodeIgniter developer to work on a pending long-term project. We offer payment of $5.5 per hour. Interested candidates are encouraged to bid. Please note, this position is only open to companies, not individual freelancers.
Important points:
We pay only once for fixing any bugs or errors. If an issue recurs, it is the responsibility of your team to resolve it at no additional cost.
We will monitor the productivity of the developer. If work is slow (e.g., 10 minutes of work taking an hour or more), we may require the installation of a tracking app on the developer’s PC each morning to monitor performance. The app should be uninstalled at the end of the day and reinstalled the next morning. This measure will be enforced if work pace is unsatisfactory or if we have concerns about productivity.
