The platform will allow employers (healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals) to post Locum job vacancies while enabling medical professionals to find and apply for these jobs. The website will be designed to function similarly to the AusDoc website in terms of look, feel, and operations but will cater exclusively to Locum medical jobs.
To ensure the authenticity of profiles, job seekers must upload their CVs during registration, and employers must provide complete business profile details. Initially, job postings will be free for one year. After this period, a payment gateway will be introduced for job postings. The payment module should be developed and kept in an inactive mode until its activation is required.
