I am looking for an independent Systems Administrator or highly skilled IT technician for a custom, one-off hardware deployment. I am building a fully air-gapped, localized server node.
I have already procured 100% of the physical hardware (Mini-PC, Kensington Thunderbolt Dock, YubiKey 5Ci, Encrypted SSD). I will provide a strict, 70-step Engineering Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that must be followed.
Core Project Requirements:
OS Installation: Wipe the drive and install Windows 11 using a strictly Local Account (bypassing all Microsoft/cloud integrations).
Local Server: Install and configure XAMPP (Apache/MySQL) bound to localhost, deploying a provided PHP master file.
Hardware MFA: Bind the YubiKey 5Ci to the Windows OS to enforce passwordless, hardware-based login.
Network Hardening: Configure a strict VPN kill-switch and disable internal wireless radios via BIOS.
This is a strict-compliance build. I am not looking for ongoing managed services, cloud hosting pitches, or alternative network suggestions. I need a technician who can read a dense technical specification, execute the build locally, and hand over the working system.
