Local Host Package Setup Assistance

I need a freelancer with great knowledge of setting up a package on a local host. Specifically, I'm working with the Horizon AI Boilerplate PRO, using Chakra UI, and Next.js. I already have one project set up on my local host, which I'd like to keep.

Specific Tasks:
- Move XAMPP installation to D drive
- Guide me through setting up Horizon AI Boilerplate PRO using Chakra UI and Next.js
- Ensure existing project is retained

IMPORTANT:
-You will need to remote connect to my desktop for setup.
-Every step needs to be documented with images/screenshots. AI can be used for this step.

- Strong understanding of XAMPP and local hosting
- Excellent at creating step-by-step tutorials
- Good communication skills to guide me through the setup process
