I run a small flower shop that delivers only within our city, and I now need a full-featured e-commerce presence to handle local orders for fresh flowers, custom arrangements, and potted plants. The site has to let customers browse those three product types, pick a delivery date and time inside our local zone, pay online, and get automated updates from purchase to doorstep.
What I expect you to build
• A responsive storefront with clear category pages for Fresh Flowers, Flower Arrangements, and Potted Plants
• Robust cart and checkout, including address validation limited to our delivery radius, multiple payment options, and promo-code support
• Delivery-date picker tied to our daily cut-off times and blackout dates
• Admin dashboard where I can add products, update inventory, set delivery fees, and print packing slips
• Email/SMS order confirmations plus a simple tracking link for customers

Acceptance criteria
1. I can add a new bouquet, set stock, and see it live without touching code.
2. A test order using a real payment gateway processes successfully and shows up in the admin panel with the chosen delivery slot.
3. The site loads smoothly on mobile, tablet, and desktop, scoring 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile.
4. Delivery address outside our zone triggers a polite error message and blocks checkout.
