Loadboard built integrating TMW suite

I am looking to build a loadboard that integrates with the TMW suite. The loadboard must have specific features, including load posting and searching, carrier and driver management, and rate negotiation and booking. Additionally, the system must be mobile responsive. I am open to suggestions when it comes to the platform and technology used.
