Livewire Software Modules Development

I'm in need of a talented professional who can develop software modules or plugins for Livewire. The primary objective of these components will be to enhance existing functionalities.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong problem-solving skills to enhance existing functionalities effectively.
- Ability to understand and work with pre-existing software components.
I need a modal with two fields that read and save data in the database. Can you install Laravel 1.x and Livewire 3.x to test the functionality and just provide me with the code for the components, the whole project is not necessary, I will need more components soon.
Create the following Livewire components
1.- Date. with the flatpickr library
2. Selected menu Choice.js
Example of the Date of birth and gender fields.
The date must show the dd/mm/yyyy format in the calendar and in the database Y-m-d in Spanish
Female and male gender from the database
