Hello, I want to open a website and company as live gambling site. That embed video from live stream and having show betting component in realtime also when result is success that will update amount for betting users.

The game will be have:
- Live head,tail
- Live Lucky Whell
with beautiful gui / effect

Website must be have:
- Support all devices
- React Frontend
- PHP/Mysql backend
- Admin Menu ( User Manage / Cash Manage / Stat / Result / Summary / with all important filter)
- User menu / frontend / Login
