Live Update tool for Inventory Count in XCART Version 5.4.1.5 and QB Enterprise Desktop Version 14.0

XCART Core version: 5.4.1.5 hosted on ( hosted online on CPANEL linux server with php)
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Version 14.0 ( hosted Locally on PC running windows 10 )
we would like to have tool installed on the PC hosting QB local DB and automatically update the movement of Inventory example if Mouse Model 1 shows Stock 5 units in xcart after selling 1 unit in the store offline it should also update to xcart the new inventory 4 units instead of 5.
we are looking for economical solution as we might change our systems with in a year
we need ready option to install by us and test ( no testing environment is available at the moment as both systems are live) - we can provide replica of the offline Quickbooks database on remote pc
