Live Stream Website with Pay-per-view Option

I am looking for a developer to create a live stream website for my business. The website should be built on WordPress with the following specifications:

Live Streaming Service:
- One-to-many broadcasting

Specific Features:
- Pay-per-view option for viewers

Platform:
- WordPress

Website would allow users of type performer ( these users specified by administrator ) to stream video to people who join there live stream
None performer users pay via paypal and Credit Card to access the live stream of the performers
 Users should be able to send Messages ,Send pics and videos
users should be able to tip performers


Ideal Skills and Experience:
