Live Stock Farming Application Backend Development

I'm in need of an experienced PHP developer to implement the backend of a live stock farming web application. The application requires the following features:
- User authentication: I want two user types, admins and regular users, with distinct access rights.
- Data management: The application should be capable of handling and managing a large amount of data efficaciously.
Following modules should be done
Cattle Management – flock management, indivual animal database & reports based on all modules, feeding module & fcr ratio, grazing period, weight gain, shelter management based on health, weight, activities
Fodder Module – Fodder cultivated, daily used, need to be stocked, land utilized for cultivation, which fodder is helping in what weight gain, modules for experimenting with different fodder
MedicinesManagement- medicines procured, cost, utilized, in stock and requirement reports based on previous data
Breeding Management – hirerachy management, family tree management, selection of best breeders and best mothers, bredding details, new animals feeding data
Dairy & milk Management- animal wise milk collection data & calculative report in respect to that, future milk predictions based on previus data
Health Management- temperature monitoring, health status monitoring, health database & reports, diseases history, conigenital history, health reminders, vaccination history & reminders, linking family history to animal for health awarness
Accouinting Module – Sales, Purchases, Expenses, P/L, b/S, Ledgers, reports Trail balance, cash flow statement, cash book, bank book, inventories management
Staff Management – payroll management, attendance management & necessary reports
