Little project - personal trade assistant tool

Hi there - I'm not a company, just an individual, and would like to create a simple digital assistant tool for my own use, such that, when I am in a personal trading platform, like Vanguard or Schwab, it could do two things for me: 1. It could voice activate the purchase of shares of a stock in the following way - if I wanted to buy $500 of Tesla stock, say, I would just need to say something like "Hello. Buy: TSLA, 500", and it would open a buy page in Vanguard, fill in the acronym TSLA, and, from the currently listed price on the page, calculate the number of shares for a market order (Vanguard already has such a share calculator within it, so it would just need to plug in the result from that into the buy page). Thus, it would simply fill in the form from my verbal instruction, and then I would still press the buy button when I was ready to buy.

2. Secondarily, whenever I made such a purchase, it would create a stop order, so that means that it would fill in a sell page, and, taking from the actual executed purchase price, calculate the sale price for the stop at a percentage that I could change when I wanted to, but it would have a default setting, like 2% below the purchase price, or something like that.......
