Litle application with 2 connectors (Gmail and office 365)

Hello we are looking for a litle application (2 pages with 2 connectors for Gmail and outlook 365).
The 2 little applications will connect a gmail account or a office 365 account after the account is connected, it will have a simple form (Email / To / title / message) + a button (Send) to send a email with the connected account.
Php, JS and database (mongo, mysql, sql server.. database) to store the token of the connected account
Need experience in Google API and Outlook 365 API
After all is done we need to have all source to push the application to our account.
