Litespeed server problem

I have a message "No request delivery notification has been received from LSAPI application, possible dead lock." so everything is stacked until I kill the php. For some time it works fine but after a while the same thing happens again.

I tried everything (Openlitespeed with Cyberpanel) but doesn't help.

I know that maybe a php script causes all that, but I'm not sure. If I restart php everything is ok for some time...

I need someone to have experience in this kind of problem because I need a fast solution, so please read the description first.
