ListingPro Integration Specialist
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We're looking for a skilled WordPress developer who has hands-on experience with the ListingPro theme to help us programmatically add new listings using a custom REST API.
Key Requirements:
You must have already worked with ListingPro and understand how:
** Business features (lp_feature) are stored in lp_listingpro_options_fields **
Other listing data (contact info, hours, social links) is stored in lp_listingpro_options
Taxonomies like categories, locations, and tags are handled
Build a custom REST API endpoint that:
Accepts JSON input (Postman-compatible)
Checks if the listing already exists by title, and updates if found
Adds new listings with all relevant fields: title, description, meta, features, taxonomy
Map and store business features correctly so that they show up in the front-end ListingPro UI
** Provide Postman documentation or collection to test the API **
Deliverables:
Working code (functions.php or custom plugin) that registers the REST API endpoint
Postman collection to test listing creation/update
