Link for sellers to add bulk tag in their products list

Hi, I am using Dokan multivendor plugin for my website. I need to add a link in Dokan announcement module to add a specific tag that admin specifies in seller products.

Workflow:
Admin adds the tag to the link in announcement >> seller click on the link >> seller redirects to a page that seller can select the products that he wants >> uppon submission, that tag will be added to sellers products.

This is where admin adds the announcement, we add one field where we can add the tag that we want

This is the announcement page on seller dashboard

And when seller click on it, it redirect to a page where seller products is listed, seller just select and submit

The tag should be added when seller submit

Means each announcement wi have different tag

We preset the product tags, so you should take the tag from my first screen that I shared

That's where admin sets what tag should be added in that announcement

Meaning, each announcement could have different tag,

second thing, dokan have a payment form, that looks like this

and seller can fill up and this will show in vendor details page in wordpress admin page, under vendor details

i want to add a new item in seller dashboard page with title Business Information

here will be a form similar to payment form
