Link Teltonika Trackers to MySQL and website link

We use Teltonika trackers in our vehciles and would like the data received from the trackers to go to a MySQL database on each ping/data send and we would also like a column in the MySQL to create a workable link using the lattitude/longditude that opens a real time location for google maps within our table view and additionally have 3 switches that turn the dout1,2,3 triggers on and off.
