Link Data Grabbed from ZK Teco K40 Device to my PHP website

I have two Devices that taking Attendance of the employees in daily basis, the device is ZK Teco K40, The data is being stored into the PC that is linked to the Fingerprint Device

I Have a that that has HRM part, I need someone make the Fingerprint data be linked to my PHP system automatically from 2 different locations
