Link Creation from PDF to Web Images

I'm looking for a professional to transform my PDF. I need you to create 11-20 clickable text links in the PDF that redirect to website images. All URLs are ready and provided at 7.asianhighwaynetwork.com/about where you will see important people and their image and a link to a profile they have somewhere. You will open the PDF https://7millionjobs.com/wp-content/uploads/siem-reap-booklet1.pdf and make links in the booklet, or cut pages from the PDF and link to the image of the important person, OR however you feel is the easiest and fastest method to accomplish the same goal. The goal is to allow traffic to know what these important people were talking about at the meeting. Everything you see on that about-us page will be deleted by myself, and I will just rewrite it to say THANKS to these important people and agencies.
