On-Line Employee Timekeeping System

I am looking for someone to create an on-line timekeeping system where I can have employees log in and input their hours. I should be able to do this for multiple companies, as needed. This should also have an Payroll Manager/Admin log in so that they can review each employees hours before sending it to me. The software should be able to export as excel - thank you.
