Like Button (Ajax, PHP, Mysql)

Create a Like and Dislike button to be added to HTML web pages.
Design style and operation would be same as used on Youtube video pages.
Operation:
Like button will show a counter that will increment when clicked and change state to show Liked.
If Like button has been liked and if click again then counter will decrement. Same action if Dislike button is selected then will unlike page and decrement count.
Dislike button will operate the same as like except without visual counter.
User only allowed to Like or Dislike page once for the session.
Each click of Like or Dislike button will update table in MySQL database table associate with page id.
Would like small animation when like button is selected (see youtube.com videos for example)
